AVAILABILITY OF PRESS(*) STAR TO COPY FEATURE TO BSNL MOBILE SUBSCRIBERS LAUNCHED FROM 4^TH DECEMBER 2007

 

           A Feature called   “PRESS * TO COPY” is available for BSNL Mobile Customers (both prepaid and postpaid) to facilitate copying of song from the called party and getting it tuned as BSNL Ring Back Tune for caller mobile telephone.  Even the subscriber who has not subscribed for BSNL Tune can subscribe to BSNL Tunes by simply pressing * on mobile handset when he hears Ring Back Tune of the called party.  This feature saves the charges spent on dialing 56700 or sending SMS to 56700.  As usual the charges for change of song is Rs.12/- for premium song and Rs. 9/- for non-premium song.  Similarly monthly rental of Rs. 20/- will be applied.

 

            The “PRESS * TO COPY” facility is available only when both the calling party and called parties are BSNL Mobile Subscribers and they are in Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle. 

 

 

 

IMPLEMENTATION OF THIRD PARTY RECHARGE FOR BSNL PREPAID SUBSRIBERS W.E.F 04^TH DECEMBER 2007

           

            BSNL AP Telecom Circle is happy to announce the implementation of third party for prepaid subscribers of BSNL in A.P. Telecom Circle.  This will supplement the existing modes of recharge i.e recharge through IVRS, USSD, Channel Top Up.

 

            Any BSNL Subscriber either Mobile Or Landline can recharge BSNL Prepaid account by dialing 94400 – 00123 to recharge Siemens Prepaid account and 94909 – 00123 to recharge Nortel Prepaid account.  When the subscriber dials this number he can access IVRS prompt menu wherein it will ask him to input the destination prepaid number to which he wants to recharge the prepaid account followed by 18 digit secret code.  This secret code is one, which was printed on hidden portion of the recharge coupon. This will facilitate the subscriber to recharge a prepaid subscriber account of A.P. Circle from any BSNL Landline or BSNL Mobile number any where in the country.
